Ceinty holds both halves of the job

Before / after

Three tools that never talk to each other

A Moroccan property manager runs forty apartments on WhatsApp, Excel and the Airbnb app. Everything a property "knows" lives in one person's head.

One price per property. Modules activate on demand.

The base is priced at the Moroccan market rate. You only pay for modules once you've seen them work.

Ceinty is built for the Moroccan market: personal data processing falls under law 09-08 and CNDP oversight. This website sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Inside the app, operational data is partitioned by workspace and only reachable by the members you invite, according to their role.

Nothing to do. Billing follows the number of active properties in your workspace, month by month. There is no tier to cross and no plan to change.

With a conversation, not a payment form. We onboard each property manager by hand: importing your portfolio, migrating your booking history, connecting your channels. You only pay once your portfolio is migrated and your teams are trained.

Existing tools win half the job. Some cover the back office well, but send the cleaner a written link to read. Others are more complete and assume an English-speaking field team. Ceinty holds both halves: multi-channel distribution, and a field team that receives its instructions as voice notes, in Darija, over WhatsApp.

Absolutely. You can invite unlimited team members, assign roles (manager, cleaner, owner), and control permissions for each property or unit.

Yes, you can generate read-only links for property owners so they can monitor bookings, revenue, and occupancy in real-time through the Owner View.

Ten Moroccan property managers will stop running their portfolio on WhatsApp this year.
